  1. Find a product

    1. Search by name, code or EAN; on a phone you can scan the barcode.
    2. Filter by brand, price and delivery.

  2. Compare offers

    1. The product page shows every seller's price and delivery time.
    2. “How to get it” shows whether a parcel locker, courier or pallet fits.

  3. Place the order

    How it's done

    1. The cart groups items by shipment.
    2. Pick delivery and pay — one payment for all sellers.

  4. Track the order

    How it's done

    1. Account: order status, shipment tracking and invoices.
    2. You get updates by e-mail.

  5. Returns

    How it's done

    1. You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
    2. Account › order › “Return” — give the reason.
