PRO company admin guide

A PRO account for your company: a shared cart, a team with roles and limits, projects, quotes for your clients and invoices on terms.

  1. Create the company

    How it's done

    1. PRO: enter the company code — we check it in the registry and VIES.
    2. Prices in the PRO account are shown ex VAT.
  2. Invite the team

    How it's done

    1. Team: invite colleagues by e-mail and pick a role (admin, buyer, viewer).
    2. Set per-order and monthly limits for buyers.
  3. Request payment terms

    How it's done

    1. Company: request 14 or 30 day terms.
    2. Once approved, you pay by invoice.
  4. Projects and lists

    How it's done

    1. Projects: create a project — orders and invoices are grouped by it.
    2. Lists: frequently bought items to the cart in one tap.
  5. Approve orders over the limit

    How it's done

    1. The PRO home shows “Waiting for approval”.
    2. Approve or reject — the buyer is notified.
  6. Quotes for your clients

    1. Quotes: build a quote with your logo and send it to your client.
    2. When the client approves, turn the quote into an order.

PRO buyer guide

You buy on behalf of your company: a shared cart, your limits and orders with a PO number.

  1. Join the company

    How it's done

    1. Open the invite link in the e-mail and sign in or register.
    2. The company name and your role are shown at the top.
  2. Quick order

    How it's done

    1. Paste codes and quantities (from Excel or an estimate).
    2. Check the flagged rows and press “Add to cart”.
  3. Order with a PO number

    How it's done

    1. The cart is shared by the whole team.
    2. Enter the PO number and project; over your limit, an admin approves the order.
  4. Lists and projects

    1. Save frequently bought items in a list.
    2. Assign orders to a project — it makes re-billing easier.
  5. Quotes for your client

    1. Quotes: build a quote with your own prices.
    2. Send the link — your client approves online.
  6. Invoices

    1. Invoices: all the company's invoices as PDF.
